Annual Refills

You are eligible to receive refills annually for your medication. Every member of your household may have the option to purchase a ReadyMed Pack after a thorough review by a board-certified and licensed physician. Plus, you may be able to secure an additional pack for storage at a different location.

Your ReadyMed Healthcare provider will assess your prescriptions and eligibility to ensure the best fit for your healthcare and travel requirements.

Always remember to consult your primary healthcare provider before starting any medication regimen.

Refills Based on Date of Purchase

You are able to refill medications that have been used in an emergency within 365 days of purchase, these will be verified by the physician that they were used appropriately. This is at the physician’s review and approval.

If you are not within the 365 days from the date of your last pack order, you will need to purchase a new ReadyMed Pack. Replenishments are only prescribed within 365 days of purchasing a pack.

When logging in to your patient portal, be sure to use the same name and email that your original purchase was under. If you are having any issues, please reach out so we can assist you. Please be sure to click, “I am an Existing Patient” and the available medications for refill will be shown.

If you are only wanting the add-ons you will want to select the option that states “I only want to order new add-on medications I haven’t purchased yet.”
